  • Overseas Storage: Some of our third-party providers (such as Wix, Google, or Stripe) may store data on secure servers located outside of New Zealand. We ensure these providers meet privacy standards comparable to New Zealand law.

  • Third-Party Disclosure: We only share information with service providers essential to our business operations (e.g., payment processors). We will never share your health data with third-party marketers.

  • Professional Disclosure: We will not share your clinical results with other health professionals (such as your GP) without your explicit written consent.

In accordance with the Health (Retention of Health Information) Regulations 1996, we are required to retain your health records for a minimum of 10 years from the date of your last service. After this period, information will be securely destroyed.
