The 26-Week Tactical Roadmap We maintain an alternating cadence of oversight to ensure your results become permanent: The Launch (Week 1): We begin with a 50-minute Initial session and a 30-minute Strategy Briefing to map out your 6-month trajectory. The Follow-up Sessions (Every 2nd Week): Regular 30-minute 1-on-1 video consultations. These are our "Deep Dives" - adjusting for training cycles, blood work, travel, and hormonal shifts.
