A Message From Our Founder: 

It's such a pleasure to have you here, thank you so much for stopping by! 

My name is Amber, and I'm the founder of The Sports Nutritionist (TSN). I'm also a registered health coach, sports nutritionist, and certified performance nutritionist.

Honestly, when I started TSN, my aim was pretty straightforward: to create a space where getting healthier and performing better felt less complicated and more achievable for everyone. There is so much stress, fear, and misinformation out there when it comes to the healthiest approach to our goals, and it's so unnecessary.  I saw a real need for a platform that provided clear, accessible, scientifically-supported education and support,  that looked at the whole picture – nutrition, exercise, and body composition, and I couldn't find one. So I decided to build one myself.

That's how The Sports Nutritionist came about, a platform with a core mission to offer exceptional support, empower you with knowledge, provide expert guidance, and take a science-based approach to your health and performance.

My background in Sport and Exercise Science, along with my Master's in Health Science, has given me a solid understanding of how our bodies work, both physiologically and metabolically -  but really, what drives me is seeing people feel more in control of their health and performance journey. I'm passionate about making information clear and providing ongoing support so that you feel confident and equipped to make healthy choices that far outlive the time you spend with us.
