Our 12-Week Silver Nutrition Program offers significantly more coaching time than our 6-Week Bronze Program, creating a far more impactful educational experience. As your coaches, we are dedicated to providing extensive support and fostering long-term sustainability. We will equip you with the knowledge to confidently continue your healthy nutrition journey long after our time together concludes. Throughout this program, you will gain valuable knowledge on: what protein truly is and how your needs evolve with age, effective strategies for maintaining healthy bones and muscles, a clear understanding of macronutrients and their importance, practical nutritional approaches to improve your energy levels, mood, sleep quality, and stress management, and much more. Together, we create a fully personalised plan, meticulously tailored to your calorie and macronutrient needs (carbs, fats, protein), schedule, budget, food preferences, performance goals, and a multitude of other individual factors. This program is built with you, and entirely for you. Every program includes delicious recipes, insightful educational content, and ongoing lifetime access. Grounded in sports science and the latest performance nutrition research, you'll receive weekly personalised support and expert guidance from a dedicated performance nutrition specialist across a wide range of relevant topics. Life happens, and situations change. Should your needs evolve mid-program, don't worry! Your plan will be adapted to ensure it continues to work for you. This program and our coaching are dedicated to supporting you in reaching your goals.
