As part of the 2026 Athlete Development Programme, Registered Sports Nutritionist Amber Hookway (MHealSc, BSpExSc) is providing exclusive clinical testing and performance coaching for SGHS athletes. What’s Included? Medical-Grade Body Scan: A high-precision look at your muscle symmetry, hydration, and fat mapping. This is the "gold standard" used by pro athletes to track development. 1-on-1 Performance Consultation: A private 20-minute session to break down your data and give you "action steps" for your specific sport and position. Performance Nutrient Timing: Learn exactly what to eat (and when) to avoid the "afternoon slump" and keep your power until the final whistle. Hormonal Performance Syncing: Evidence-based strategies to navigate your menstrual cycle, maintain peak energy, and reduce your injury risk. Exclusive SGHS Pricing Professional clinical assessments usually cost $85.00. Through our partnership with Southland Girls' High School, athletes can access this full service for a subsidised rate of $60.00 (incl. GST). Important: Parent & Athlete Requirements To keep our clinic safe and professional, the following rules apply: Ages 16 - 18: Digital parental consent is mandatory at the time of booking. Parents are welcome to attend, but you can attend solo if your digital form is complete.
