Investment: $825 per month - equivalent to $55 per athlete, per month (in a team of 15) Is inconsistent nutrition limiting your team's power and costing you games? Our Programme takes the guesswork out of fuelling. All ages. All stages. We use the latest world-class nutritional research to create smart strategies that boost your team's performance during every training session and competition. Designed to optimise recovery, power, fatigue-rate and overall health. This package provides expert performance nutrition support and specialised body composition data typically reserved only for professional athletes. Minimum Commitment: 3 Months. FIRST STEP: Strategy Meeting: The first step is a 50-minute virtual Strategy Meeting with your Sports Nutritionist coach and the team's key liaison (Head Coach, Manager, or Club President). We collaboratively define your exact performance goals, assess needs against the training schedule, customise the entire content calendar for the monthly group sessions, and finalise all logistics. MONTHLY PACKAGE INCLUDES: Individual Check-in (20 Min): Every athlete gets a dedicated 20-minute private clinic session. This includes a Body Composition Scan (using medical-grade equipment) and personalised strategy review to fine-tune goals. Each athlete leaves with a personalised action plan. In this 1-1 session we also assess: Muscle Balance: Vital for preventing injuries and maximising power output. Bone & Mineral Health: Key markers that affect energy levels, recovery time, and risk of injury. Fat Storage: Detailed analysis of fat levels and distribution. Nutritional timing strategies. Monthly Team Education (60 Min): Your team receives a focused, 60-minute session at your venue. This includes a tailored presentation, Q&A, and group discussion, delivering practical, evidence-based fuelling knowledge to the entire squad. Optional Hands-on Science: We can integrate specialised workshops, such as Blood Glucose Testing, to visually show how food choices affect energy levels in real-time (consumable costs included).
