PROGRAM OVERVIEW: WEEK 1: 50-minute Initial Session WEEK 1: 30-minute Program Introductory Session WEEK 3: 15-minute Check-in WEEK 6: 30-minute Follow-up Session 24/7 access to your coach for any questions! Our clients usually refresh the program at the end of the 6 weeks.
