2026 INVERCARGILL SPORTS NUTRITION COMMUNITY WORKSHOPS Let’s be honest... sports nutrition and eating for health can be ridiculously over-complicated, and the online noise can make it impossible to know where to start. That confusion ends here. This year, we've partnered with the Invercargill Public Library to deliver specialist, evidence-based nutrition, designed to be affordable and accessible to everyone in our community. Every session is guaranteed to teach you something new, regardless of your age, goals, or current training status! The $20 fee covers venue costs only. This doesn't cover the specialist's high value/time. Community accessibility is our mission for these workshops. Facing financial barriers? Your Guide to What Works and What's a Waste of Time for Performance, Health, and Your Wallet. 6th December Decreasing Injury Risk: Nutritional Strategies to Accelerate Healing, Regulate Inflammation, and Strengthen Connective Tissue.
